DESCRIPTION:Summer Solstice Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath \nAs we celebrate the longest day of the year 🌞\, let’s take time out for some energetic self care. 🙌 \nWe will begin by receiving the gently and delicious medicine of ceremonial grade pure cacao. Who doesn’t love chocolate!!! \nWe will be in sacred ceremony with this beautiful plant and receive whatever it is we are ready to integrate. \nNext\, we will gently check in with our chakras as we deepen our mental state while laying on our yoga mats. In a relaxed state\, we will receive the melodic tranquility of the crystal sound bowls and other sacred instruments.
