This Winter Solstice arrives on the darkest night of the year, marking the completion of a powerful 9-year cycle.

For four sacred days, time slows — a profound pause between what has been and what is yet to come — before the gradual return of the Light.

For Christians, this season honors the birth of Christ.

For ancient peoples across the Earth, it is the rebirth of the Sun — a holy threshold, a time of remembrance, renewal, and new beginnings.

As we close out the Year of the Snake 🐍 , we are invited to shed old skins — outdated programs, looping thought patterns, relationships, and stories that no longer serve our becoming. We now step into a 1 Year, the Year of the Horse 🐎, bringing with it movement, vitality, clarity, excitement, and a renewed sense of purpose.

On this sacred night, I invite you to gather with me in ceremony, honoring the medicine of stillness. This is a time to rest deeply, reflect honestly, and consciously prepare for the next cycle of our lives.

Together, we will work with the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, the Chakana, calling in our sacred allies, guardians, and benevolent guides. Mama Cacao will offer her gentle sweetness, opening our hearts and softening the veil so we may receive messages and wisdom from beyond.

As her medicine flows through us, we will surrender into a deep state of relaxation and bliss, held by the tranquil vibrations of crystal singing bowls, receiving a nourishing sound bath that supports the nervous system, heart, and spirit. ✨
