Solstice Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

It is time to gather once again in sacred ceremony to celebrate the solstice with a powerful cacao ceremony and sound bath.

We will gather on the Solstice to welcome the longest day of the year as the Sun enters the water sign of Cancer. ♋️

This sacred shift invites us to move from the busy mental energy of Gemini ♊️ into a more reflective, protective, and heart-centered space of connection and relationships.

We will begin with a shamanic blessing with Grandfather Mapacho. He is a powerful ally for clearing, illuminating, and dissolving anything that does not belong.

Then we will lovingly connect with the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao. She is such a gentle yet precise guide in helping us access deeper clarity and wisdom within ourselves. Using the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, the Chakana, we will welcome her and our spiritual allies as we journey inward into the sacred space of the heart.

Afterward, we will settle comfortably to receive the melodious medicine of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments. This will be a time for deep relaxation, meditation, energetic alignment, and nervous system reset.

As the world moves in fast-paced and often confusing ways around us, it is imperative that we take intentional time to tend to ourselves, our hearts, and our emotional well-being.

Give yourself the gift of sacred pause.

Please feel free to bring:

• An extra blanket or pillow if desired

• A special cup for cacao (one will also be provided)

• Any sacred item you wish to place on the altar for charging
