Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

Join me in ceremony and receive whatever you need to receive.

We will begin with a Shamanic Cacao (chocolate) ceremony, which is a very light experience where I will welcome in our guardians, set our intentions, and guide you through a beautiful experience with this magnificent medicine. The sacred plant spirit of cacao has been used for thousands of years as a way of connecting to source in order to give us a higher perspective of our life’s journey and illuminate anything that needs clearing. We work with this plant in order to bring more joy and clarity into our lives.

Cacao is much more than just chocolate, but who doesn’t love chocolate anyway? It has the perfect balance of calcium and magnesium that is fully absorbable by the body. It also has the happy brain chemical serotonin, which is why we often crave it.

I will guide you through a gentle meditation as we allow the spirit of maestro cacao to do her work to help us to relax, receive guidance, achieve clarity, and offer us joy and bliss.

Next, we will settle in on our yoga mats and blankets and receive a peaceful sound bath using crystal bowls, gong, drums, and other instruments. This will further our journey into a deep, relaxing state so that we may receive inner guidance, wisdom, or insights.

All YOU need to do is come and receive. I will provide yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for everyone. If you have a favorite pillow or blanket, feel free to bring it. I also have a few eye masks, but feel free to bring one if you’d like (optional). Dress in very comfortable clothes.
