Full Moon and Equinox Cacao and Sound Bath

The energies have been very strong lately and our nervous systems need some support to settle, calibrate and balance. 

Using the beautiful and powerful medicine of cacao, we will call in our team to bring illumination and guidance as we open up our energy fields. Mama Cacao is such a gentle teacher offering her heart to ours, raising our vibration and delivering whatever is needed for the highest good.

With this delicious chocolate on board, we will settle into our yoga mats for a gentle calibration of our chakras. 

Once in a relaxed state, we will be held by the melodic frequencies of the crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments. Here, you will journey to the depths of your essence, tapping into the codes of your own dna  and receive whatever you need at this time in your life. This might be healing, insight, guidance, clarity, strength, answers etc. I will be the conduit for you to reach your own inner power and help you to connect with your higher self.

Together, we will support one another, offer a relaxed, judgement free, safe space to honor ourselves and receive self care. It is imperative to fill up our own cups so we may be in better service to our families and communities.

Please wear comfie clothes, bring an extra pillow or blanket (I will provide a yoga mat, blanket, bolster and eye mask), and arrive 15 minutes early for a blessing.
