Summer Solstice Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

As we celebrate the longest day of the year 🌞, let’s take time out for some energetic self care. 🙌

We will begin by receiving the gently and delicious medicine of ceremonial grade pure cacao. Who doesn’t love chocolate!!!

We will be in sacred ceremony with this beautiful plant and receive whatever it is we are ready to integrate.

Next, we will gently check in with our chakras as we deepen our mental state while laying on our yoga mats. In a relaxed state, we will receive the melodic tranquility of the crystal sound bowls and other sacred instruments. This is a time to tend to our energetic body and going within for relaxation, insights and guidance.

This will be an impeccable container in a safe space where we will honor each other and support each other by creating a judgement free zone.

What you’ll need – comfy clothes 👕, optional extra blanket (one will be provided), a special cup if you have one (if not, no worries), any crystals, stones or items you’d like to place on our alter to receive the energy, an open heart and mind.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early as we will begin at 6 pm.
